As a boutique caterer serving the Metro Detroit area, we at Salt & Ko pride ourselves on flexibility and ingenuity. Whether it be an intimate dinner for 20 or a gala with 450 guests, we strive to provide exemplary service and a menu your guests will be talking about long after the day.

Our favorite thing is when couples ask us to think outside the box and design a menu that fits their day. A gluten-free paleo wedding with dairy-free desserts? Let's do it. Signature drinks named for your pets? We're in. A Medieval Feast complete with turkey legs? Bring it on. A backyard wedding with all the barbecue fixings? We can't wait.

Thank you for making it the best day of my life, the food was incredible as was the hospitality. Having a wedding during a pandemic was definitely stressful but Ryan made sure everything was taken care of and my day was stress free!
