About Us

Set on 175-acres of fields, forests in the heart of Vermont, this organic farm and pollinator refuge offers panoramic views of the nearby mountains across ponds and meadows.

Facilities and Capacity

The farmhouse can host up to 24 guests overnight, thanks to the eight full bedrooms, four bathrooms, five separate sleeping lofts, and two private parlors with 13 beds.

    • Satoyama Mountain Farm is the most amazing place and we couldn't be happier with our decision to have our wedding here. The grounds are beautiful and it felt like we had our own private piece of Vermont for the weekend. Everyone was very helpful in the months leading up to the event, and throughout wedding weekend Ben was always available to help if needed or to answer questions. It was the perfect combination of the laid back, DIY wedding that we wanted without feeling like we were completely on our own. The house is really comfortable, and the barn is gorgeous. Our guests were in awe of the entire venue and we were told by many people (most of whom were from Texas and had never been to Vermont before) that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Everything was just perfect and we wish we could do it all over again!
