Upon realizing that the dessert at the restaurants she cooked at didn't match the high quality of the main meal, shec realized that to enjoy a truly satisfying dessert she would have to make them herself. Dessert often gets overlooked or focused only on how it looks. We have made it our mission to end this cycle and give dessert the special attention it deserves!We use only high quality ingredients and source them locally whenever possible. We don't use any premade doughs, mixes or fillings. Our ingredient lists are short and totally understandable. Simple, high quality ingredients, carefully prepared- you'll taste the difference!
Aubrey makes the most mouth-watering pies you will ever taste. My husband and I were looking for an alternative to wedding cakes for our October 2019 wedding and as soon as I had my first taste of one of her pies (strawberry rhubarb) I was instantly sold. The flavors of the fillings, the flakiness of the crust, this review won't do it justice - you just need to try one of her pies for yourself! Need a little more? In addition to the amazingly delicious pies, Aubrey was great to work with offering a great flavor selection at a fabulous price point for our budget. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great wedding baker!
