  • The vendor provided all items requested for the event. However agreement was to have all food placed for the dinner and it got divided into happy hour and dinner, so that the actual dinner only had a few items available. Whether this was a venue issue or cater issue, the setup agreement wS with the caterer. Changes were not discussed with us prior to the event starting, and the cater was unable to put out the additional items for the meal when we found out about it. Due to lack of communication and inability to address and correct issues on-site we would not use this vendor again.

    responded with the following comments.

Natalie & Jason, Congratulations newlyweds! I am so sorry things did not turn out the way that you expected. As you know Covid has changed the way state requirements allow venues and caterers to serve food. We did contract with you to have all of the food placed out at once, but the venue did not allow us to do that and my apologies this was not relayed to you day of. After speaking with the venue coordinator I was then informed they do not not how they operate their venue by having food served all at one time. Since we were only responsible for providing the food and they did the timeline, this is why we had to separate the food into cocktail hour and dinner service being separate. I immediately reached out to the venue in order to try to remedy the situation in the future but please let me know if there's anything I can do to help correct this for you in the meantime. Cheers!
