SHEILA FRANK founder Sheila Kauffman was born in the suburbs of Philadelphia and relocated to Central Pennsylvania in her teens. Named after her maiden name, Sheila studied dance for two decades where she fell in love with Costume & Design.
Sheila interned for Charlotte Ronson, NYC and graduated from Moore College of Art & Design, Philadelphia with a BFA in Fashion Design. As an artist, fashion is her medium and Sheila carefully involves herself in every step of the design process from concept to construction.
2013 Sheila began working with a private clientele.
2016 The SHEILA FRANK showroom opened in Mechanicsburg, PA.
2019 SHEILA FRANK relocated the showroom to Millersburg, PA where she is currently By Appointment, finalizing Custom Dresses.
2020 The Millersburg location is set to open in February with the launch of the capsule Bridal Collection.
Sheila believes in quality over quantity. The collections are not mass produced and are made to order. The collections are available at the showroom, online and trunk shows across the US.
