Southern Streams Ranch is a barn-style wedding venue located in the Tampa Bay region of Thonotosassa, Florida. They’re a private, secluded farm that sells and breeds mini horses when they’re not hosting weddings, parties, and special events. They pride themselves on their winding pathways, gorgeous views, and beautiful live oak and cypress trees draped in Spanish moss. Southern Streams Ranch is a hidden piece of paradise that offers both indoor and outdoor settings for your ceremony and reception.

Tours are by appt. Only Wednesday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm, Times can vary on Fridfay and Saturday's due to events.

Non Refundable/ Retainer Fee Required to book your date and monthly payments til balance is paid in full within 30 days of your date.

Facilities and Capacity
Couples can host intimate gatherings up to 150 guests as well as lavish affairs at this rustic yet elegant venue. You can say your “I do’s” on their lush property, with their quiet stream serving as your backdrop. Mini horses, chickens, and a donkey roam the farm, providing unforgettable photo opportunities. After you exchange your vows underneath towering oak and cypress trees, you and your guests can dance the night away under the stars or in the vintage-style barn. This unique barn is completely customizable and can accommodate a variety of themes and visions.

This full-service venue is owned by Richard and Angel, who are dedicated to making sure your wedding is a success. They take pride in their high level of service and will ensure your planning process is met with care, compassion, and creativity. They offer multiple packages to choose from, including an all-inclusive option that allows you to take care of everything in one place.

Our Rates range from $13,500 up to $17,500 for our truly all inclusive packages for 2020 to 2021, if you are asking for 2022 or 2023 our price will increase by $1500 for those future dates.

Please note if you select a Friday or Sunday we will discount $ 500 off for those 2 non peak days.

There’s a bridal suite and grooms cottage for you and your wedding party to get ready in, as well as plenty of parking for your guests including handicap accessible. Tables, chairs, and linens are included in all of their packages. Southern Streams Ranch offers the following services:

Other Services
In addition to hosting your ceremony and reception, this unique venue is also happy to host your engagement party, bridal shower, and/or rehearsal dinner. They’re close to I-4, with access to Hillsborough and Polk Counties, making them easily accessible for your out-of-town loved ones.

We require all client's to purchase a general liability policy adding SSR as additional insured and a Special Events Cancellation Policy. Southern will pay half of both policies purchased and this will be deducted from your total package price quoted. Quote depends on your total guest count.
