About Us

The stone mansion wedding venue of the Summit Manor Reception House is located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Couples will have exclusive use of the house and property for their occasion, as the venue only hosts one event at a time, allowing for complete privacy. The property offers stately wrought-iron fencing, towering trees, stone columns, and other enchanting architectural features that offer beautiful photographic opportunities and picturesque areas for socializing.

Facilities and Capacity
The Summit Manor Reception House offers occupancy for up to 200 guests at a time for both indoor and outdoor events. Couples can host their wedding ceremony, reception, bridal shower, engagement party, or rehearsal dinner at this stately venue. The house itself is highlighted by the ornate woodwork details, grand staircase, and Great Gatsby-inspired spaces. Couples will have access to the bridal suite on the day of their wedding, which may be used for a bridal staging area.

Services Offered
The amenities offered at the manor include professional event consultation and planning services. The manor is covered by liability insurance, and allows select outside vendors on the ground for scheduled events. David is very friendly and helpful. He kept my stress level down while things looked uncertain in this pandemic. We were able to still have everything we wanted for our special day. The food was so amazing, our guests were just going up for seconds and more. David’s recommendation for dessert was also a hit for us and our guests. I couldn’t see having our wedding anywhere else besides Summit Manor.
