Tarry Lodge is a unique restaurant wedding venue for couples marrying in the greater Port Chester, New York area. This restaurant features excellent cuisine from executive chef Andy Nusser, as well as incredible coordination from events director Nicole Worflar. Couples will find this charming venue, which is located just moments from the New York and Connecticut state line, only six minutes from Greenwich, Connecticut.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can invite a maximum of 110 guests to their wedding at Tarry Lodge. For groups this large, and smaller weddings, couples can privatize the entire restaurant for their wedding day. For weddings of 55 guests or fewer, couples can host their ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner, and dancing all on the restaurant’s fabulously accommodating second floor. Larger dining room spaces within the restaurant welcome couples and their guests for a seated dinner. The restaurant features plenty of windows to let in natural light, as well as wall sconces and overhead lighting for after the sun goes down.
Services Offered
Couples can host their ceremony and reception in this venue, but Tarry Lodge also welcomes couples for events such as bridal showers, engagement parties, elopements, and rehearsal dinners. With Nicole working closely with couples as their personal event planner, no detail of the wedding goes overlooked. Other staff members at the restaurant will assist with cleanup and setup on the wedding day, and couples can bring in their own outside vendors for services of their choosing. In the kitchen, Tarry Lodge chefs prepare excellent cuisine for the restaurant’s catering service and bartenders are at the ready to assist with refreshing bar service. Couples and guest will find convenience in the restaurant’s available onsite parking. The venue even provides audio equipment, chairs, and tables for the day’s celebration.
Cuisine
Dishes created by Executive Chef Nusser can be served in styles such as buffet, cocktail reception, dessert, family style, french service, hors d’oeuvres, outside cake, plated, servers, and stations. Bartenders at this venue prepare a champagne toast before serving drinks from a limited or open bar. Couples can choose the libations they want the staff to serve, including:
