Delivery came 3 hours prior to requested time, were delivered to a DRIVEWAY of the wrong house but was able to be intercepted to deliver to correct house. Chairs and table were extremely dirty and had to be cleaned and hosed down prior to use. Pick up didn’t come until 7pm. Spoke to owner of company and asked if delivery is supposed to be left in a DRIVEWAY (of wrong house no less) he said “if nobody is home we have to leave them somewhere.” Then asked about condition of tables and chairs and he says it’s normal wear and tear. Also, called while waiting for pick up (1:30pm requested) and was told they’d pick up between 5pm and 6pm (didn’t come til 7pm) and after calling owner the next day to request a refund for all of the issues encountered he no and then said “well you know the traffic in Poinciana.” I would think you would make this pick up a priority especially after speaking almost everyday about the problems that arose.
