We looked around a lot for transportation from our hotel to the airport the next day for our honeymoon. They had a really good price for what we were asking. When my husband asked if we were getting a limo they guaranteed that we would. They showed up in an SUV, which was fine, but we were looking forward to relaxing in a spacious limo at 6 am. Then, while we are about to leave our resort to come home we get a call from one of the drivers saying he is at the airport to pick us up. We told them we did not need a ride home from the beginning and we weren't even in the states yet! When we called them afterward to voice our concern, they told us there is pretty much nothing that they can do and they understand if we don't want to take our business there again. Obviously they don't really care too much about their customers or if their customers recommend them to other people.

Tell Limousines is all about Customer service to our customers. Our prices are in the each of are customers dreams and are affordable and our limousines are Elegance... We are a very busy limousine company and that morning we had a limousine down... But our pricing for airport service is the same if a Town Car, SUV or limousine. Our chauffeur gave our customers great service to the airport, but not only great, but safe... On the return trip our office had the information for the pickup, but the customer did not give all the flight information, so we tried customer and did not hear back from them, so we sent down a Limousine, just incase they needed the ride home from us... So we went out of our way again for the customer, to make sure they had a ride home... Customer service is very important to me and my business, word by mouth is how I got started and continue to grow my business here in Lancaster, Pa and surround areas...
