Facilities and Capacity

As an open-concept event venue, exposed brick walls combined with white concrete floors and light-wash wooden beams offer both versatility and character. A unique convenience includes 24-hour venue rental, with no curfew, allowing you and our loved ones to celebrate clear into the morning hours. Seating capacity within the venue can accommodate up to 200 guests, while non-seated options, such as a cocktail reception, allow for additional guest capacity. The open floor plan is limited only by convenient restroom facilities and a prep kitchen within the venue space. Located in Pioneer Square, the surrounding 19th-century architecture brings old Seattle charm right to the doorstep of your wedding. For out-of-town guests aiming to enjoy some Seattle culture before or after the event, Pike’s Place Market, Pier 51, and the popular Elysian Brewing Company are all located nearby. Accommodations including The Courtyard by Marriott and Embassy Suites are located nearby as well. For guest convenience, three parking structures are available in close proximity to the event space, in addition to available street parking, with streetcar and rideshare services readily available.

  • We had a wedding planned in April 2020. Due to Covid-19, the city had shut down all gatherings and we could not go through with our original wedding plans. It was to our great disappointment that the 101 made these unexpected changes even worse when they refused to give us back ANY money. This was unreasonable considering they were not able to provide us any services. We lost 6k and we know that many other wedding venues have been much more understanding and forgiving in this area. We are sad and disappointed by this.
