Facilities and Capacity

With five distinct event spaces to avail of, The Adolphus can accommodate weddings of up to 450 attendees in total. The crown jewel of the hotel is The Governors Ballroom, located on the 19th floor. Spread out over 2,200 square feet, this dazzling room features ivory furnishings, shimmering lighting, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering captivating views of downtown Dallas. For larger gatherings, The Grand Ballroom offers 5,300 square feet of space and can host up to 400 guests for an unforgettable celebration. The John Neely Bryan Room is perfect for more intimate gatherings. Accommodating up to fifty guests, it is the ideal place for a refined rehearsal dinner with your nearest and dearest.

For overnight guests, The Adolphus Hotel offers various accommodations to avail of, including Deluxe Rooms, Executive Suites, and Luxury Suites all featuring king-sized beds. Deluxe Rooms include elegant furnishings and plush pillow-top mattresses while the Executive Suites allow you to experience Texas hospitality and the hotel’s rich heritage.   • The Adolphus made planning and our wedding incredible. They are a first class hotel all around and our experience really reflects that. We had an excellent tour through all their facilities and amenities. It is an absolute, historic gem in the city of Dallas. They truly think of everything in their wedding package. Their wedding liaisons were wonderful to work with and communicate with. They are incredibly responsive and are very transparent with questions about capabilities of the venue. Paula was especially professional and helpful! We really enjoyed that it was an all-inclusive venue from lodging, to a beautiful ceremony and reception space, excellent food, getaway car, and even the cake. They are experts at weddings and even constructed time during our wedding day just for my husband and I (private time during the cocktail hour and a special last dance by ourselves).
