About Us

The Barn at Holly Farm, a rustic barn wedding venue, is set back from a quiet country road on the outskirts of Bothell, Washington. This vintage, refurbished horse barn is the ‘crown jewel’ of 17 acres working the farm, where an equine center, farm animals, lush green space, flowers and herb gardens all provide a quiet backdrop to your celebration. There are close to 100 years of history contained in the soaring architecture of the barn’s old-growth timber beams. The farm is located conveniently close to an urban center but with bucolic peacefulness for your intimate ceremony. If you love the outdoors, are drawn to the country and are looking for an intimate ceremony space with natural wonder, you will fall in love with The Barn at Holly Farm.


Facilities and Capacity

The Barn at Holly Farm offers a stunning lofted ceremony and reception space with 28-foot arches. Several unique outdoor spaces are also available for your special ceremony. The Barn loft offers an open and flexible floor plan that seats up to 200 guests. With its exposed beams and simply finished woodwork, it is both rustic and elegant. The Barn is also outfitted with a prep kitchen for your catering team and a bridal suite and men’s den for you and your fiancé to prepare before the main event. Outside, a rolling bar on the patio is available for your guests to enjoy cocktails or casual outdoor dining. There are lots of areas on the farm for you, your beloved and wedding party for timeless photos. In addition, several locations await for your intimate ceremony including; the ‘Loft’, the south lawn, the “Memory Making Maple Tree”, the tranquil “Tall Trees Field”, “Farm Yard” and our “Picnic yard” whose shaded lawn provides a picturesque view of horses in their paddocks. Our flower and edible garden walkways are also casual photo locations just outside the barn. You are certain to find the right backdrop to design your special day and your friends and family will join in celebrating you!

Services Offered.

Our team at the Barn at Holly Farm will ensure that you have a magical wedding experience from the moment you step onto the property. Our professional and creative staff and partners will help you with planning, catering, flowers our rustic décor and any other help you’ll need to create the ambiance that is personal to you. We offer complimentary use of chairs, tables, wine barrels and benches and we set-up for you! We also have a large inventory of rustic items as well as themed décor. A portable speaker for your music and outdoor games are available for your guests’ entertainment. The Barn at Holly Farm offers special elopement packages at an affordable price as well as full-service wedding packages.

  • Although we did not go with Holly Farms as our wedding venue, it was within our top 2 choices. Karmel was amazing and so informative and thoughtful during the entire process. The barn is amazing and the amenities they offers are awesome. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone interested in a rustic/barn feel for a wedding or event. It is a beautiful space operated by wonderful people!
