About Us

The Bradford is a romantic property located in New Hill, North Carolina. Situated near Jordan Lake, this elegant wedding venue offers multiple indoor and outdoor options for both your ceremony and reception. They pride themselves on their multiple packages, overnight accommodations, and beauty of their estate. The Bradford can't wait to bring your vision to life!

Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 250 guests at this unique venue. You can say your “I do's” in their beautiful Gardens with towering trees surrounding you. You’ll have the option of their Front Garden, Side Garden, Terrace, or Back Field. Your guests can then mingle on their outdoor Terrace for cocktail hour, while you and your spouse take unforgettable photos. Finally, you can then sit down for a lovely dinner and dance the night away in their Ballrooms- Cora and Daughtery Hall. You'll also have access to the house, which can accommodate up to 50 guests for a seated dinner, and 130 guests for cocktail hour.

Services Offered
This full-service venue offers multiple packages to choose between, including a full weekend package with overnight lodging and complimentary breakfast in the morning. There are two getting-ready suites onsite for the wedding party can get ready in, as well as plenty of parking for your guests. Setup and cleanup are included with your rental fee, along with tables and chairs. They have an exclusive list of caterers and wedding planners for you to choose from, and a list of recommended DJs, florists, and specialty vendors. Additional services include:

The Bradford offers five bedrooms and four baths in their Main House. It can sleep up to 16 guests and is perfect for you and your family, or wedding party. The rooms feature wood floors, modern amenities, and an abundance of natural light. Your loved ones will also enjoy a free breakfast in the morning.

  • The choice of the Bradford or our wedding venue was easily the best one we made for our wedding! You can tell it was designed as a wedding venue because of the attention to every single detail that the staff at the Bradford displayed. The ballrooms are just gorgeous and the venue is just full of beautiful indoor and outdoor photo ops. We also opted for the Friday-Saturday package, which was nice to have the space to unwind in before our rehearsal. And they breakfast was just the perfect amount for the wedding day. Working with Maggie and Sarah over the year of our engagement kept everything so stress-free, and that’s saying something since we planned a pandemic wedding. Our family couldn’t stop saying how absolutely beautiful the venue was and we cannot wait to see the pictures! You will never regret choosing the Bradford for your wedding day:)
