While the invitations came out beautifully in the end (aside from a few misspellings on our printed envelopes which we had to purchase specialty envelopes for in a rush order), we went through a LOT of stress actually getting our invitations... Lauren was wonderful in the beginning going through the design process. She was fully aware when we needed the invitations by and assured me this would be no problem whatsoever... We had paid for the invitations in full when we were assured the invitations were shipped ontime. However, she never provided a tracking number. After about 7 days of not receiving the invitations, we contacted them. A few days later through email, we were assured a new shipment would be put together overnight because something may have happened to the old shipment and we would get a tracking number. When we never did, we called the office and left numerous, concerned voicemails and constant emails. We never heard back... it was now 2 weeks after we needed the i... Read morenvitations by and we were frantic. I actually met with another company and drew up the same design to be made within 4 days. Miraculously, while I am meeting with this other company, my fiance called me and said we finally got an email from The Classic Invitation overnighting our shipment with a tracking number and an apology saying that someone was fired over this and they are sorry and that the girl who worked with us feels so badly. However, if she had felt so badly then why not give me a call to let me know and not have me checking my mail and email frantically for 2 weeks? It doesnt make sense and their company handled this sitatuion extremely unprofessionally. To make matters worse, the shipment was sent to the wrong address... we had given them my fiance's parent's address to have the shipment sent to because this shipment would require an signature and we had someone staying home the entire day waiting for this package. However, when the package never arrived we called the post offices and found that they had shipped the package to our apartment and since no one was there, we needed to pick up the package the next morning... it was a disaster. All in all, the invitations looked very nice, but the headache was not worth it..
