About Us

A country-club themed wedding venue in Glen Allen, Virginia our club is located in the West End of Richmond,near the heart of Short Pump Town Center, one of the area’s most trendy and popular shopping and dining destinations. Founded in 1992 The Dominion Club services couples in Glen Allen, Virginia Beach Charlottesville and Washington DC.

Boasting over 28,000 square feet The Dominion Club accomodates a maximum of 220 guests and offer 3 event spaces with breathtaking waterfront views. Our clubhouse looks out over Wyndham Lake, a picture perfect setting for your outdoor/ indoor Wedding Ceremony and Reception. It is our pleasure to assist you throughout the process & we appreciate the opportunity to serve you on your special day.

We pride ourselves in offering the very best customer service & working with you on every planning detail for your wedding. You can count on our event professionals to take care of every detail and coordinate everything for your day. Our staff will take care of all the set-up of your special décor items while you sit back and enjoy the day of your wedding with friends & family!

The Dominion Club only hosts one wedding a day, so you have the ultimate flexibility in planning the schedule of your wedding day. We offer exclusive use of our bridal and grooms suites for you & your wedding party’s preparations. Stay tuned as we undergo Ballroom rennovations at the end of 2020 and unveil our newly rennovated Ballrom February 2021!

    • Had my wedding scheduled here for over a year & they decided to schedule the largest golf tournament Of the year on the same day. (Four months before my wedding) Going back 100% on their contract. Once they realized I was pissed the manager was incredibly condescending. My mom and I tried to get in contact with them multiple times & the manager refused to call us back. But once a man called he got an immediate response. I would not recommend this venue to my worst enemy.
