PAVILION The Waterside Pavilion offers panoramic views of Mt. Tremper and the Esopus Creek, providing natural landscapes for a stunning outdoor event location. The open air space of the pavilion (built of slate stone and wood beams) accommodates a maximum of one hundred and fifty guests May through October.
GREAT ROOM The Great Room is a classic space for intimate events up to sixty guests, featuring floor to ceiling windows, a stunning chandelier, and massive stone fireplace.
CATAMOUNT The rustic elegance of the Catamount accommodates indoor events year round for one hundred guests. The Catamount sits on the Esopus Creek and is adjacent to the Waterside Pavilion. Accommodation Couples and guests will find accommodations in the contemporary inn and rustic lodge of The Emerson Resort & Spa. Both buildings feature suites with amenities that may include a balcony, gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows and a Swiss rain shower.
Other Services Members of the wedding party, alongside the couple, can arrange a pre-wedding spa treatment. The venue’s natural surroundings are incorporated into treatments such as massages, manicures and facials.
I have to start by saying that our wedding day could not have been as perfect as it was with the help of the wedding/events coordinator, Marci. From day one, Marci had all of the answers, and was always quick to respond to our questions and requests.
The event space alone is beautiful, and for our wedding of about 50 guests, it was the perfect space.
The food was amazing, and the staff were all so courteous and helpful with us and our guests. My wife and I had the absolute best day because of the staff.
What made the day was Marci’s help in getting our space ready for the day. When we arrived the day before the wedding, she gathered all of our items, asked how we would like the space decorated, and then told us to go relax and to not worry about a thing. After all of the work we had done to get our decorations together, it was amazing to be able to not have to worry about preparing the space while making sure to get ourselves ready. Marci is a godsend.
We would highly recommen... Read mored the space for a wedding for its beauty and intimate setting, but working with Marci and being able to have our stress levels reduced 100 fold was the icing, whip cream, and cherry on top of it all.
