About Us

The Grand Meridian is a wedding venue in Appleton, Wisconsin. It is located in Fox Valley and established in 2005 by local owner, Ken Vandeyacht. Ken made a life change and attended the Culinary Arts and Hospitality program at FVTC. He is also a certified Chef of Fine Wines through the International Wine Guild. He has a hands-on approach with his business and is ready to make your wedding dream come true.

Facilities and Capacity
They are a full-service conference facility. The grand ballroom can be divided into small sections for more intimate gatherings. The ballroom features a beautiful bar and can accommodate 440 guests. Their atmosphere is warm and welcoming and they feature Mediterranean decor. They have an outdoor enclosed patio which is a great space for a small ceremony.

Your event rental includes round or rectangular tables, chairs, linens, free parking, shuttles from partnering hotels, decor options, in-house catering, and more.

    • I would recommend The Grand Meridian to anyone and everyone!! They are very flexible and helpful when it comes to wedding planning. My sister went there to plan her wedding and Sue was very helpful with everything and she is very honest when it comes to decorating and ideas...others ideas are always helpful. The food on top of that was out of this world amazing. Chef Joe Worden is by far the best there is. Very helpful when it comes to food and how to put things together. The tasting went amazing and he is very open to ideas, which is always a plus. :) like I said I would recommend The Grand Meridian to everyone.i hope your wedding will be there. :)
