Our exquisite Garden House with lavish crystal chandeliers and marble floors with seating for up to 250, and our two-story Southern Blue Barn with sliding barn doors and outdoor courtyard with seating for up to 150.


Located just 30 minutes from Downtown Tampa, Stonebridge Weddings and Events at The Lange Farm is extremely accessible. It is 20 minutes from New Tampa and five miles from I-75. Tampa International Airport is 46 minutes away, while Orlando International Airport is an hour and a half away.

  • Prior to posting this review we reached out to Stonebridge in hopes to resolve the following issues. Stonebridge did not care enough to respond. I have been overwhelmed at the thought of writing this review and am only doing so to keep others from suffering my same fate at the hands of Stonebridge Weddings & Events. Our first meeting was with Brooke. She informed us the property had just been purchased JW Fulwood, and they had big exciting things coming. The owners’ previous wife owned a Christmas shop and the venue now had its inventory to use for weddings. They were also going to build a chapel that we could use as our ceremony site. At the end of the meeting, we booked the venue. We continued to work with Brooke, but eventually stopped getting replies. After many attempts, my husband spoke with Dori (Fulwoods daughter) who advised that Brooke and Brittany no longer worked for the them and we would now be working with herself.     We had just received your email on Saturday from your wedding that happened on 12/28/2019, seeing as we were closed for Mother’s Day and our day closed is on Monday, we apologize that today was the first day we saw your email. We have been trying to collect our thoughts from your email and didn’t realize that you giving us a deadline of Tuesday at 10AM to respond was a very fair timeframe seeing as we have been closed for 2 days and that was the first email we saw at 8AM whenever we got to the office. We have not had 5 months to read and digest an email from you in a 2 hour time period seeing as from your photos that you have posted on Facebook, it looks as if you have enjoyed your wedding day. We would love to say congratulations again but would love to sit down with you both and discuss your concerns. Until you would like to meet and discuss things, we would like to address a few things. The Christmas store had nothing to do with Stonebridge seeing as the store sold in Plant City in December of 2016. You had signed your contract on May 26th of 2018. There were a couple of Christmas Trees that we had in our inventory barn in the back corner, but they are behind a wall that are not a part of the décor inventory for Weddings. Stonebridge uses those for the company Christmas parties. Per your contract we do allow use of our décor from our inventory barn but as we tell every bride it is subject to change due to items being broken or taken. We cannot guarantee décor as it changes over time. Per your contract that you signed it stated you would be in a Southern Blue Barn and the I Do Tree, “Access to the Venue for the Event will commence at on the . Lessee will have 5 hours for their "event". All activities will end by 10:00 PM on the . “ This is verbiage directly from your contract. You would have 5 hours for your event. Seeing as your planner had your start time start at 4:30PM and end at 10:30 PM. That is a 6-hour event and we have a fee that was stated to you for months leading up to your wedding that needed to be paid for the extra hour that you were wanting. We have staff to pay due to overtime that happens whenever weddings go over their 5-hour time slot. As far as owing the extra hour you were told on multiple occasions that it needed to be paid 30 days before your wedding. I had text and spoke with Blake on multiple occasions about the charge for the extra hour. Again, we still allowed you to pay the day of your wedding showing we were going above and beyond. The only linens that are included in our venue rental fee is the poly solid linens, we do not include runners. We ordered them for you at a discounted price and again we were accommodate your needs. You were told that the chapel was something that may or may not be happening over the next year or so, but as you were told whenever you asked we let you know we ran into permitting issues and we do not know when it would be built. In your contract it never stated anything about a chapel due to the fact we do not book a venue that has not even broke ground yet. On March 24, 2019 I, Dori, met with you on a Sunday (which was our day closed until recently we changed to Mondays being our day closed) and I did a décor appointment with you. Spent a couple of hours going over everything and you were saying you were upset with your planner and that you had changed planners with someone else in the same company. You seemed very happy with the décor you had picked out. On 12-21-2019 your planner contacted me to change your décor yet again, keep in mind your wedding was only a couple days away at that point. 30 days out we stop making changes due to the fact we must place linen orders and must book valet for your event. Yet again I made the changes for you. This was the 4th décor change in just a few months. You and Blake would contact me all hours of the night and day to change things and I was always accommodating to help you with your décor changes even at 11PM. I do recall the situation where your planner did not reach out to us about an appointment they have set with you, and we were not able to do a décor appointment due to the fact we had a wedding going on that day and we do not do appointments on wedding days. We do not do them on wedding days because most brides use a lot of our décor and the décor is placed out at the ceremony site and reception area, so we want to do décor appointments when everything is in the décor barn so every bride is able to see the same things. Our contract does not say anything about leaving items overnight, this is directly from your contract “ The Client shall have access, by appointment only, to the Venue for inspection during regular business hours. The Client will be admitted to the venue upon office opening unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in writing. The Client will have access to the venue for rehearsal with prior approval of time and duration by Stonebridge management. The Venue does not guarantee a set time and date of rehearsal, at the time of booking. Date and times for rehearsal will be scheduled later around booked events. All Vendors and/or providers servicing client’s event will be admitted two (2) hours prior to the event for set up, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in writing. All set up and breakdowns times must be pre-arranged with the venue. In the event of a conflict in scheduling, the venue reserves the right to reschedule delivery and/or set up times.” PERSONAL DECORATIONS Personal decorations added to the Venue require written approval from Stonebridge Management. Client and/or client’s vendors are responsible for the set up and removal of said decorations, or client will be subject to a clean-up fee of no less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00). If in the event decorations are not removed within 48hours after contracted event, client will forfeit all ownership of the decorations / items left behind to Stonebridge Weddings and Events, LLC. It does state that anything left over 48 hours it would become Stonebridge property, we cannot be held liable for you leaving an antique car over night because anything could have happened, however, I did approve the Christmas trees to be brought in the day before because the trees were coming from our valet company that we use. We needed to make sure that the trees were set up in time so they would be able to have valet available for your guests whenever they came to your wedding. I did not deny him for bringing the trees in and I was the one who called him and asked him to help you with purchasing, delivering and setting them up for you, with a discount. I sat at the ceremony site with him while we both were trying to get a hold of you and your planner to see exactly where you wanted the trees. I went above and beyond to set all of this up for you. The trees were supposed to be removed after the wedding yet 3 days later they were still on property. As per your contract we were supposed to change you, no less than $75.00 to remove the trees, yet we did not charge you anything for having them removed. I paid to have the trees removed, which you were aware of. My staff had everything set up to the floorplans we had on file that were given to us 30 days prior to your event from your planner. Apparently, your planner changed the floorplan less than 30 days out and did not inform us of the change. Our staff gladly moved the tables that you were wanting moved which was only a couple of tables that needed to be moved a different direction. 5 hours before your event started, we were telling you that rain was coming, and you insisted you still wanted it all outside. I also discussed this matter with your planner, and she made it perfectly clear over and over that you wanted it outside no matter what. We did as you and your planner requested. We went back 3 different times to wipe off tables and chairs due to the rain starting and stopping. We went above and beyond for you to keep everything looking nice. Your planner has been here on multiple occasions and knows that anything that is needed to be moved or you’re wanting is for them to assist with. Yet we kept making sure everything was wiped down and tried asking if you wanted your wedding moved inside. We are on property for emergency purposes and to keep things neat and tidy during your wedding. The night is up to your planner on how she wants to run things and move things. I even drove your car to the ceremony site, again I did this for you and wasn’t my place to do this and I went above and beyond for you and Blake. I personally worked with you and Blake to make sure everything would be how you wanted it on multiple occasions. The day after your wedding you dad came back to the venue and told us how pleasant and how nice everything was. He left his umbrella here and I took him to the barn for him to look where he might have left it and it was not there but we gladly let him pick through the ones we did have in the office and he took one of those. I did think both you and Blake were an amazing couple and I did enjoy the day and the décor appointments I had with you. Getting to know you both and hearing about all your great adventures in life and learning about your dogs. I truly wish you both the best in life and all I hope is that you do see how much I did accommodate and go above and beyond for you and Blake. I also allowed you to have your dogs in the suite, which is not permitted, I gave you my personal cell phone number to contact me whenever you needed something. I allowed you to text and call me anytime. I answered your phone calls before and after hours. I worked with you for over a year and I allowed so many changes and worked so hard to make your day magical. With that being said I hope that you both can see I went above and beyond to help make your day magical and hope that you will consider your review.
