Couples have the option of hosting their ceremony and/or reception in any of the venue’s four event spaces: the Grand Ballroom, which features floor-to-ceiling windows and cathedral ceilings; the Liberty Room, which faces both the Statue of Liberty and lower Manhattan; the Grand Pavilion, which provides all the comforts of an indoor event without compromising views; and the Gallery, which features natural wood and stone finishes.

    • Total lack of professionalism, courtesy and business acumen. My daughter, her fiance, my husband and I had a 4 PM appointment with Christine. We arrived early and were told by the person at the front desk that Christine was with a client. We took that time to walk around outside. We returned to the front desk at 4 and were told that Christine knew from earlier that we had arrived and was with a client. She then said that we should wait at the bar. At 4:05 I asked the front desk to remind Christine that we had arrived, which she did. At 4:15 I told the front desk person that we were leaving. At that point the manager came by and said Christine would be done soon. I said it was wrong to have us waiting and not even offer us anything to drink. He apologized, offered us something to drink, which we declined, and said Christine was coming. Christine then came down and said she was wrapping up with a client and should be done be soon.
