DO NOT ORDER WEDDING INVITATIONS HERE. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism as I have from the owner Terry and his manager Sandy. Sandy ordered the wrong colored font (ordered black but was supposed to be a shimmery gray) on our wedding invitations and when we went to pick them up I was visibly upset because that is not what I ordered. I had no problem with the fact that she made a mistake-it happens. But the way her and Terry handled it was truly appalling. She lied several times and said that is what we agreed on,(which was 100% not true) however, I have an e-mail from her stating that the color on the proof may appear to be darker (it was darker-it was black) but the color will be exactly as the sample shows in the store (shimmery gray). When asked to re-order with the correct color, both Sandy and the OWNER told us we were being ridiculous and had NO idea why we were upset. I can’t tell you how many times they told us we were ridiculous and so demanding. They tried to get us to buy the incorrect ones for half off which we did not want. They didn’t understand why we wouldn’t “meet them halfway” and take the wrong ones..because that’s not what we ordered or paid for. Terry also had the nerve to try and tell us he was just going to refund us our deposit instead of correcting the wrong doing on their part which we would not allow. He didn’t even want to fix their mistake and make it right. Sandy continued to insult us by saying she’s never had so many changes to an invitation before. Most of the changes were spacing errors which we were told would be completely accurate. They never once apologized or admitted to being wrong. I would never treat someone the way they treated us. It was disgusting. Worst experience of our wedding planning. Save yourself the stress and frustration and go elsewhere.
