About Us

The Sanctuary Music & Events is a unique wedding venue located in McKinney, Texas. They're situated in the Adriatica Village of Stonebridge Ranch and are surrounded by gorgeous Croatian architecture. This one-of-a-kind, multi-level space is happy to host both your special event or wedding reception! The Sanctuary Music & Events onsite caterer provides flexibility with your menu style and selections, allowing you to plan your reception and catering services all in one convenient location. They also allow Outside caterers if you prefer and would love to help you with securing everything you need to create the perfect event.

Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 180 guests in a reception seating with a dance floor, or 230 guests in a limited seating arrangement with a dance floor at this elegant venue. If your vision is to have your ceremony and reception in the ballroom, The Sanctuary can accommidate 100 guests with a reset. Their indoor event space features beautiful stained glass windows, hardwood floors and hand-painted walls complete with a stone feature. The second level offers a second front row view and overlooks the first floor with views of the spacious stage and dance floor. Upstairs also features The Betina Room, a private space that boasts an elevator and restroom. It can be used as your bridal suite for you to get ready before your ceremony, or any way you see fit.

This full-service venue is committed to bringing your individual vision to life. They offer event rentals, an in-house bar and wireless Internet throughout to ensure your celebration is a success. There’s on-site parking for you and your guests, and they're completely wheelchair accessible.

  • This is a beautiful space that you can make your own, it was perfect for the glamourous, fairytale reception that my daughter envisioned! Please don't hesitate to use their in house caterer, Sterling. The head director of catering Megan Lam is a woman you want to work with. She will help you with table layout, menus, she goes the extra mile and has such a kind heart! We had tables set for about 126 people, using the stage for the head table, everyone downstairs with a dance floor ; it was perfectly sized for our crowd! Don't hesitate to look it over, especially if you are using Bella Donna Chapel for ceremony, it’s in the same complex as the chapel, a short walk or drive over.
