About Us

The Spring House Event Center at Columbia Woodlands is a luxury resort and wedding destination located in Tuscarawas County. This luxury venue invites couples and guests to celebrate a country getaway wedding. Couples will find this venue a 21-minute drive from the Pro Football Hall of Fame, a 16-minute drive from Dundee Falls, and a scenic 80-minute drive from downtown Cleveland.

Facilities and Capacity
With 175 guests in tow, couples can wed among the Luxury Cabins and Glamping Tents of The Spring House Venue at Columbia Woodlands. Our Venue awaits couples with rustic splendor and happiness. Double-layer ringed chandeliers give the space a warm glow. The walls and ceiling are adorned in dark weathered wood. A stone fireplace sits in a wall lined with windows, and a polished stone floor adds additional luxury. A built-in private bar tucked into the corner serves up drinks for guests inside and our polished outside bar gives the added touch for guests that want to sit around a warm fire or relax on our plush outdoor couches. Above our outdoor bar is a glamourus Bridal Sutie that overlooks the covered ceremony and woodlands. With plenty of room for tables and a dance floor, this space suits couples seeking the perfect combination of cozy and country.

Services Offered
This venue provides everything couples need for a weekend wedding getaway.The Spring House can accommodate approximately 160 guests from May – October; November-April the Spring House can accommodate 150 guests. The pricing we have set for the entire event includes the following services:

  • The Venue (Spring House)
  • Ceremony site (includes arbor, white garden chairs, and a covered pavilion area separate from the reception area and cocktail hour.)
  • 4 Luxury Cabins (2 night stay)
  • Fireplaces in all Cabins ( 1 gas fire place in Rock Path and 3 total wood burning fire places in Dreamcatcher, Lakeside, and Rising Sun Cabins)
  • 4 Glamping tents (2 night stay)
  • Meadows Pavilion at Tent Camp
  • Golf Carts at every Cabin and Glamping Tent
  • Hot Tubs at every Cabin
  • 3 Chalets for relaxation
  • 3 stocked ponds
  • Fishing, Kayaking, Canoeing, Paddle Boarding, Swimming
  • Brunch included for all guests staying at Columbia Woodlands (Sunday)

The price for an All Inclusive Destination Wedding at Columbia Woodlands is $39,000.00. This price will include everything that is listed above and includes all tax and gratuity. Off season weddings from November-April will be $35,000.00 and will include everything except the Seasonal Glamping Tents and Golf Carts.

Bartenders take care of keeping guests’ drinks full with craft beer made from Lockport Brewery, premium wine, and top shelf liquors. We also offer bridal signature drinks. Couples will also be treated to a champagne toast. Catering is offered in the following styles:

Couples and their guests have a number of choices for luxury accommodation. Four luxury cabins offer private stays for couples, with amenities such as fireplaces, hot tubs, golf carts, and kitchen areas. Luxury tent camps, "Glamping", offer upscale interiors inside oversized tents. Chandeliers and running baths greet guests at these four luxury tent camps. All "Glamping" Tents are heated, air conditioned, and have en suite bathrooms.

  • This is no ordinary venue! If you want extravagant, this is the place for you! My Wife and I were absolutely pleased with the hospitality, service, and planning that the staff at Columbia Woodlands took care of for us! If we needed absolutely anything, they took care of it for us! Britney “Bee” was an absolutely pleasure to work with! Lois was very hospitable in every aspect imaginable. Chef Natalie and her staff created the best food that we could have ever imagined for our big day! We cannot express the love that was given by all of the staff members! We have never been complimented so much by our guests about the service and the food! Everyone was absolutely pleased!
