Facility and Capacity
The Westin Arlington Gateway can accommodate up to 400 people in their spaces. The Ernest Hemingway Salon is ideal for a smaller, more intimate wedding, while the F. Scott Fitzgerald Ballroom can host a larger reception. The ballroom boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful lighting, sustainable florals, and soft colors. You also have access to a outdoor terrace and courtyard for photographs or hosting your cocktail hour where you are surrounded by scenic views of the city. You will have the opportunity to prepare at the hotel before the big day in one of the get-ready rooms. Even with the city location, the hotel offers parking and valet, and is wheelchair accessible.

The Westin offers all-inclusive and customized wedding packages along with an experienced wedding specialist who can work closely with you to accommodate special requirements for receptions, menus, and ceremonies. The wedding specialist offers design suggestions with centerpieces, decor, and drapery the hotel has available. The culinary team will create customized menus and fine-dining dishes to fit the wedding style and requests. You will have the opportunity to taste the dishes before selecting the final choices for buffets, French service meals, plated dinners, stations, cocktail receptions, and with hors d’oeuvres. Bartenders will be on-hand to serve a choice of beer, wine, and liquor selections, along with specialty and signature drinks. You can host an open, limited, or cash bar for your guests.
