About Us

Located in the Downtown area of the city of Thousand Oaks, California, TOI Banquet Center is a ballroom wedding venue inside the Best Western Plus Thousand Oaks Inn. The staff has over 30 years of experience assisting couples with their wedding day at the facility. They aim to offer exceptional value and service to each and every couple taking extra care to help couples plan on a budget. Their full-service banquet facility produces beautiful and affordable occasions, removing any stress from a couple’s mind for their ceremony, reception, bridal shower, engagement party, elopement, or rehearsal dinner.

Facilities and Capacity

TOI Banquet Center's ballroom-style venue and tropical garden courtyard offer couples the ability to invite up to 180 guests for their special events. Their courtyard offers a lovely tropical location to host a ceremony, complete with tall palm trees. The banquet hall is adjacent to the courtyard, allowing the ceremony and cocktail hour to flower beautifully into the reception. In addition to offering venue space, the facility is also a hotel and can arrange for discounted hotel rooms for couples and their guests. The banquet center has plenty of parking, as well as wheelchair access for guests.

Services Offered

The professional wedding planners at TOI Banquet Center can help couples coordinate every last detail of their wedding, including providing information about their wedding packages. Event planners can also provide select rooms for the wedding party to use prior to the ceremony, so they can get dressed and styled in private. In addition, the staff can also assist with set up and clean up for each event, ensuring tables, chairs, and other decorations are properly organized.
