Denver’s newest historic events Venue.As the name suggests, we are ideally located at 3034 Larimer St. in the Upper Larimer sub district of the vibrant and beautiful River North Arts district in Denver.

Upper Larimer is the perfect size for your life event. It is a 6,028 square ft. warehouse built in 1908 and a Victorian home built in 1888 that just completed a full historical renovation. Located in the Upper Larimer Neighborhood in the River North Arts Neighborhood (RiNo) we are thrilled to be able to roll up our door to what is sure to be one of Denver’s most elevated experiences.
