From the excellent customer service and communication from Vick & Ruth until the final cleanup of my event, they made the stressful process of planning an event much easier. I had my event in the Florence Ballroom, and it was so gorgeous. They gave me many options as far as customizing how it was going to look, and even let me use my own custom floor plan I made online.
