There were several service issues from the beginning of the weekend to the end. Yes they compensated some but issues should t have happened. Bridal suite not ready until after rehearsal. I had to get ready in a temporary room. Function room for makeup and hair was not ready at time promised. All Guests were not given guests bags. We were not given champagne for our wedding night. We wee charged for the room Saturday night at first. Yes, it was then taken off, but it was a charge on our account for over two weeks. We asked for ice cream for dinner and not given it.
