About Us

At Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle & Charter, we are your wedding and charter transportation specialist. Our charter specialists and driver staff have extensive experience in custom-tailoring a transportation package for your most special event.

Our drivers are all commerically licensed and professionally trained to provide the utmost in customer service. Our fleet of vehicles, which range from vans, and mini-coaches are new, clean and well-maintained. We provide private charter transportation for 100 clients every year and we specialize in weddings. Not to mention we offer 4 round-trips daily to and from Seattle Tacoma Airport, Paine Field Airport and transport over 50,000 passengers every year!

Transporting for occasions such as birthdays, engagements, weddings, anniversaries, proms or just a night on the town to airport transfers, corporate services and large group transportation, we have you covered.

    • Driver was disrespectful to our wedding guests and had a lack of knowledge in dropping off guests based on their island lodging locations causing confusion amongst the folks riding the bus. Some were on the bus for over an hour but staying less than 10 min from the venue. Message to management, communication goes a long way. Let the guests know the anticipated path of travel. Do not bad mouth guests on the bus or insult the patrons using your service
