About Us

Willow Creek Wedding & Events Venue is a wedding venue located in Waxahachie, Texas, 30 minutes south of Dallas and 45 minutes east of Fort Worth. This Southern-style estate is nestled on 12 acres of Texas countryside, tucked along a flowing creek with towering trees. The venue’s events team has helped plan over 700 weddings and will pull out all the stops to craft the celebration of your dreams. With sophisticated ceremony locations, carefully-landscaped grounds, and excellent customer service, this property offers a romantic setting in which to tie the knot.

Facilities and Capacity
Start your day in the 2,000-square-foot Wedding Party House, a comfortable cottage that has a living room, kitchen, and three get-ready suites. The main suite features multiple vanities areas, in front of which you can apply makeup and get dressed. Another lounge comes with cable TV, a pool table, an Xbox, a shower, and an iron. Nearby, a classic Red Barn with white trim, a covered pavilion, and a built-in bar is provided for cocktail hours, lawn games, and pre-ceremony cocktails. Vows can be exchanged in a charming white chapel gazebo that boasts a wooden bridge aisle, a cobblestone walkway, and a full sound system. During inclement weather, you and your partner can host your ceremony in the Atrium. This breathtaking room is climate controlled and features sliding glass doors, French windows, white chandeliers, and a fireplace. Your guests can relax and enjoy refreshments in the Atrium and on the 65-foot back porch, which is connected to the Reception Hall. This impressive ballroom has six crystal chandeliers, a 15-foot stage, a 12-foot granite bar with keg taps, large arching windows, and a spacious dance floor.

Services Offered
Rental of Willow Creek Wedding & Events Venue comes with comprehensive nuptials packages. These include tables, white Chiavari chairs, floor-length linens in 40 colors, and a large assortment of glass vases, signage, and other décor. The team also provides indoor and outdoor colored uplighting, carriage lights, and string lights to drape throughout the spaces. In addition, the venue will supply an experienced event manager who will help plan and execute your special day. This specialist will assist in creating a timeline of your event, selecting linens and décor, and designing a floor plan. Ahead of the festivities, a one-hour rehearsal is available for you and your loved ones.

It’s beautiful and everything is built beautifully that I cannot find any faults with walking areas, scenery, photo ops, and overall design of the ceremony and reception area. Booking with them was a breeze and everything was explained to the last detail. There are no hidden fees or insane expenses and they include a lot in the service.
