Wiseacre was built and designed for entertaining and can accommodate larger and intimate groups. Inside, the ballroom-size great room comprises 650 feet of space, 20-foot windows, and spectacular views of Lake Whitehurst. There is an adjoining dining room with a 10-foot table, a separate wet bar, a large all-season porch with additional bar, and guest bathroom. Couples are welcome to utilize the sparkling chef’s kitchen, with refrigerator, gas convection stove, and all the essentials. Outdoors at Wiseacre, there is a wholly private two-acre backyard with panoramic lake views on three sides. A large stamped concrete patio offers a built-in dance floor, while there is a separate terrace off the dining room. The estate offers plenty of free parking, with attendant included.
